We will take a complete tour of this biosphere reserve, a natural treasure, where we will discover the forests where Iberian pigs graze, the incredible Grotto of the Wonders and the mines of Rio-Tinto.
Our first stop is in Rio Tinto, an area known for the reddish color of its water due to the minning zone and the reddish color of its soil. The discovery of this peculiar landscape marks the beginning of the tour. After this we will visit the Sierra Morena biosphere reserve, primarily composed by the Pueblos Serranos. The inhabitants of this place are animals such as fighting bulls and Iberian pigs, both important animals in Andalusian culture and gastronomy.
From here, clients will travel to the marvelous Aracena locality, where they will be able to enjoy its marvelous rural and natural environments. Upon arrival, the guide will accompany visitors to Andalucia’s splendid medieval castle and the grotto of the marvels, a cave whose geological formation leave no one indifferent. (ticket included)
