Caminito del Rey day trip from Seville

An unforgettable walk

Caminito del Rey day trip from Seville

per person

A walk through the Gorges with spectacular views.

Discovering Andalucía offers you to walk along one of the most famous paths in the world, the Caminito del Rey, a 7-kilometre walk along the Gaitanes and Gaitanejo gorges, parallel to the railway tracks.

After leaving Seville, our guide will take you to the entrance of the path, which will take about two hours. There we will leave the vehicle where we will return later.

We will begin by learning about its origins, which date back to 1921 when King Alfonso XII, after the inauguration of the Conde de Guadalhorce dam, crossed the previously constructed path. Since then, the Gaitanes and Gaitanejo gorges and canyons have been the backdrop to this impressive route.

It is all set in a photographic natural landscape that makes walking through the gorges, which run between the reservoir and the canyons, an adventure that you must experience.

It has undergone such an intense remodelling that to call it Caminito del Rey is synonymous with one of the most impressive spectacles you can experience. The famous path, in the province of Malaga, is a unique opportunity to have an unforgettable experience.

This guided tour is a real challenge for all the people who come to do it with us, where everything has a great importance and you will have, forever, the route engraved in your memory.
