2-Days Trip from Seville to Donana Park

Enjoy a 2-day trip to one of the most privileged places at the mouth of the Guadalquivir.
Our excursion to the Doñana National Park starts in the morning of the first day, when our guide will pick you up in our own transport. The first stop on this exciting route will be the wetlands in the northern part of the Doñana Nature Reserve. There we will enjoy a unique landscape where hundreds of birds live in an environment used for rice production. It is one of the most important landscapes in Europe. We continue our route through the northern area of the Doñana National Park until we reach the village of El Rocío, a unique village with typical marshland houses, sandy streets where the inhabitants ride their horses and where you feel like you have stepped back in time.
After a stroll through its streets, we arrive at the hermitage, the epicentre of the world-famous El Rocio pilgrimage. Inside is the famous Virgen del Rocío, and every year around a million people, both pilgrims and devotees, gather there to participate in one of the most important and outstanding religious events in the world. We will leave the Aldea de Rocío to continue exploring other ecosystems in Doñana and its beautiful natural surroundings. Our next destination will be the Acebrón and Rocina palaces, where we will follow a circular route. Here we can interpret the main characteristics of a forest in a gallery.
At the end of the route, it will be time to take a break and sample the local cuisine in one of the bars or restaurants that are unique to the area. Our guide is a real expert in the area and will be able to give you advice and recommendations at any time. Our next destination is the beach. Doñana beach is the longest virgin beach in Spain, with more than 30 kilometres. We will learn about the flora and fauna that live there, as well as the formation of its unique shifting dunes. Weather permitting, we will enjoy a refreshing swim at the end of the afternoon. We will then return to El Rocío, where you can enjoy some free time and settle into your incomparable rural accommodation to enjoy a good dinner and good company in one of the village’s bars or restaurants.
The next morning, after breakfast, we will continue our excursion, visiting other enclaves and ecosystems of Doñana. We will stop at the Palacio del Acebuche, where the project for the conservation of the Iberian lynx, the most endangered cat in the world and the most protected in Andalusia, has been running for years. We will take a tour of the most densely wooded area of the National Park, where we will have the opportunity to see some of the large mammals that live in Doñana. After enjoying the morning, we will have a delicious lunch and a last rest before returning to Seville with a thousand and one unforgettable memories of an exciting escape to Doñana.

At approximately 7:30 am. We will pick up at your accommodation in Seville or nearby accessible point. After making the reservation, we will contact you to arrange the meeting point and the exact pick-up time.

- Tour available in Spanish, English, French and Italian. Choose the language of the to on the booking form. A minimum of 3 people is required to guarantee the tour in French or Italian.
