From the Capillita del Carmen we will start our route, without forgetting its flourishing market and the Castle of San Jorge. In Betis street we will discover the Monipodio courtyard and the old university of mareantes. We will reach the heart of the neighbourhood, the church of Santa Ana, and stroll through the old Cava de los gitanos, the birthplace of flamenco. Leaving the seafaring southern part, we will reach the industrial northern part. The production of ceramics has been linked to Triana since Roman times, like Saints Justa and Rufina, patron saints of the city of Seville.
