What is the Meeting Point of the activities?

You can find the information regarding to the meeting point and the starting times in the details of each activity.

Can I do an excursion on a day or at a time that is not on te calendar?

Yes.  All our activities and excursions can be donde privately on other dates and times of a day. You can contact us in case you are interested.

What is the difference between a private tour and a regular tour?

Regular activities are organised by a marked itinerary and can not be modified apart from a few exceptions.

Private activities and excursions are adaptable to the requirements and preferences of our clients. If you wish to obtain a private service, our staff will attend you and manage everything you wish to do with us.

Is it necessary to print the voucher or receipt?

No. You can also show your reservation from your mobile phone, tablet or other digital devices.

Are the vehicles suitable for small children and disabled persons?

Yes. If you need a special type of transport, contact us and let us know what you need.

In which languages are the activities available?

Most of our activities are available on Spanish, English, Italian and French. We also offer activities in other languages privately and on request, feel free to contact us.

What happens if the weather is bad?

All our activities are carried out normally throughout the year regardless of the rain.
If we have to cancel the activities due to extreme conditions, we will offer you an alternative date or an immediate refund of the payment.

All our activities, whether regular or private, must be paid before the activity is carried out.

Is it possible to change the date or time of my booking? Are there any additional costs?

To change a date of a reservation or make a cancellation, please contact our customer service team. Changes and cancellations do not imply any charge as long as the request is received by our attention department and
if you have considered the conditions of cancellation of each activity.
